Greetings to one and all!
“None of us is as smart as all of us.”
–Ken Blanchard
Establishing and functioning of tobacco cessation centers is a great opportunity for all the public health dentists given by the Dental Council of India to effectively fight against tobacco addiction. Most of the colleges have already established tobacco cessation centers and sent a report as well. The Ministry of Health, Government of India, is pleased to include this as one of the 100 days' activities.
National Tooth-Brushing Day will be held on November 7, 2019, for which we have received initial approvals from the Guinness World Records (GWR), Colgate, and Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences and executed an agreement with GWR.
IAPHD Head Office has taken an initiative to syllabus reforms for undergraduate and postgraduate (PG) curriculum in the workshop “IAPHD-National Steering Committee on Curriculum Reforms – 2019” which was successfully conducted at Dayananda Sagar Institute of Dental Sciences.
I congratulate the Organizing Committee of the National PG Convention of IAPHD 2019, organized by Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, New Delhi, for a meaningful and learning experience event in every aspect.
Looking forward to meet you all at the National Conference of 2019 at Hyderabad organized by Sri Sai College of Dental Sciences, Vikarabad!
