In August 2009, there were 177457 cases of swine flu and 1462 deaths has been reported. But Pandemic preparedness is not yet developed and advanced in most of developing countries. The measures to control the disease include early detection accessible medical care , heightened surveillance. Appropriate use of local resources and capacity building measure with the assistance of developed nations will reduce the impact of this pandemic in the developing world. ER -
